He is in the platoon photograph (3rd row, directly behind the officer with the cane). He was one of the fortunate ones that came back from the war. I have managed to track down his medical and medal cards in the National Archives and what's left of his service records from Ancestry.com. Thank you for your valuable research. I am trying to put a timeline of events together and this will help greatly.
